It’s better than the photos. A slice of pradise, perfect to reax & reset off the tourist trail but still accessible. Before booking, Angelique was helpful. All the staff were amazing! Anik welcomed us & has been very responsive about the drone we left behind, arranging quotes for shipping back to AUS. Jaya booked Kardek to pick us us from the airport at 2am. Kardek has perfect engligh, drives well & is highly reliable. We booked him for our day tour & return trip. He is an excellent tourist guide. Angus ensured the grounds were perfectly manacured & security ensured nighlty safety. Ilu and Sayu helped make our stay very special, from amazing food, doing our laundry, to organising tours. Delvina spa came to the villa & gave us the best massages/facials I’ve ever had. Considering I’ve worked for 5 star spas, that says a lot! Hot Tuna picked us up from the villa for dolphin cruise & snorkelling. Visit Lovinia & Sambangan if you get a chance. And the smallest villa cat gives great cuddles!
