PAYMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you wish to book one of the villas, please complete the contact form on the website. After receiving your request we will send you a confirmation of your booking as soon as possible.
- To secure the booking we ask a down payment of 40% of the total rental amount within 14 days of this confirmation.
- Payment can be done via wired bank transfer or via Paypal.com (if payment will be through Paypal the extra charges are 5% due to the fee Paypal is charging).
- After receiving the down payment, your booking is guaranteed and you will receive a confirmation of receipt.
- The balancing amount of 60% plus the security deposit of € 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- If the booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus security deposit needs to be paid immediately upon confirmation.

Above mentioned bank account number is an Euro bank account in the Netherlands. The costs involved for a transfer from a foreign country are at your expense (OUR). If you transfer the money via a European bank account, you can transfer the money with little or even no costs (due to the special SEPA transfer agreement within Europe).
To avoid transfer costs you might consider paying the total rental amount plus security deposit at once.

If payment will be through Paypal the total amount to pay will be 5% higher due to the fee Paypal is charging.

We will return the deposit on your bank account or Paypal account within 7 days after your stay. Our staff will check the inventory upon arrival and departure. If there are any missing items or severe damages, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
(Down) payments are not refundable. We advise you to take a travel insurance that covers cancellation. In the event of late payment we have the right to cancel your booking.
Arrival at the villa
- Unless a specific arrangement has been made with you, the check-in time is after 2pm on the day of arrival.
Departure from the villa
- Unless a specific arrangement has been made with you, we kindly request you to leave the villa before 12pm (noon) on the day of departure.
- You are requested to leave the villa on the agreed date and time and in the same condition as upon arrival. If necessary we can impose charges for damages, breakages or misuse of the property causing unnecessary repair or replacements.
- No refund will be given in case you arrive late in the villa or leave before the end of the rental period.
- The villa owner and the booking agent cannot be held liable for damages to persons and/or property during your stay in the villa and the transport from and to the villa.
- By paying the (down) payment you accept the terms and conditions as described above.
